This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade applications in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure backend services using Python and Flask.- Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components and third-party services.- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.- Implement security and data protection measures.- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.Required Skills :- 8 to 15 years of experience in Python development, with at least 5 years using Flask.- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and API gateways.- Experience with ORMs (like SQLAlchemy) and RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL).- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.- Proficiency in using Git, CI/CD tools, and agile development methodologies.
