Whats in it for you?- As an expert, you will be directly reporting to the Asset manager.- Your responsibilities will be analysis including financial, monitoring loan and asset performance and providing insights to the Asset manager.- You Your responsibilities will be analysis including financial, monitoring loan and asset performance.- You will provide reliable data, analysis and insights to the Asset managers to be used in decision-making. Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit: Role-specific skillsets: - Support quarterly portfolio reviews, including risk rating updates and summary memos. - Prepare dashboards, asset summaries, and investor-ready reports using Excel, Power BI, Monday.com, or similar. - Analyze borrower and guarantor financial statements balance sheets, income statements, liquidity profiles. - Analyse rent rolls, property operating statements, and loan-level data in systems such as iLEVEL Salesforce or similar. - Perform variance analysis vs. budgets or underwritten projections and support asset managers during reforecasting cycles. - Track loan-level financial covenants (DSCR, LTV, DY, liquidity ratios) and flag performance deviations. - Monitor and update critical loan events: loan maturities, extensions, prepayments, and modifications. - Coordinate with borrowers/property managers for monthly/quarterly submissions, lease updates, and compliance documents. - Participate in borrower calls or servicer meetings as support, capturing follow-ups and updating systems accordingly. - Collaborate with internal teams (for e. underwriting, data inputs / processors, etc) to ensure smooth information flow. - Ensure data integrity across multiple systems, including iLEVEL, Excel trackers, SharePoint, Monday.com, or similar. - Recommend and support automation and workflow enhancements for scalable growth.
