As a Growth Marketing Manager , you will own and execute strategies across content marketing, SEO, and performance ads to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and in-house teams to optimize marketing funnels, scale ad performance, and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

SEO & Content Strategy

  • Drive organic growth through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for ranking improvements.
  • Lead content marketing efforts, including blogs, landing pages, and social media.

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels .
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and optimize CAC
  • A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversions.

Growth & Analytics

  • Own marketing funnels and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Clarity to track performance.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and execute data-driven campaigns.

Team & Agency Management

  • Engage and manage outsourced agencies for content, SEO, and paid ads.
  • Build and scale an internal marketing team for long-term growth.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, and performance advertising .
