Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedBI Developerwith a strong background indata analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inPower BI,DAX queries, andLooker, and will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintaininteractive dashboards and reportsusing Power BI and Looker. Write and optimizeDAX queriesto support complex business logic and calculations. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI solutions. Perform data analysis and validation to support business initiatives. Automate and streamline reporting processes for efficiency and scalability. Stay updated with the latest BI tools, trends, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum5 years of experiencein BI development and data analytics. Strong proficiency inPower BI, including DAX and Power Query. Hands-on experience withLookerand LookML. Solid understanding ofdata modeling,ETL processes, andSQL. Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS). Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of other BI tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
