About the Role : -We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB to join our dynamic team. As an SDE-II, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to user requests. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable fullstack applications using Python (backend services), Node.js (APIs), React.js (frontend), and MongoDB (database).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.- Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs with secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.- Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot production issues.- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to improve overall development processes.- Implement unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Fullstack Developer / Software Engineer.- Strong hands-on experience in : 1. Backend : Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask), Node.js/Express.js2. Frontend : React.js, Redux/Context API, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS33. Database : MongoDB (Schema design, aggregation, indexing, performance tuning)- Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven architecture.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).- Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, PyTest, etc.).- Ability to analyze requirements, design scalable systems, and write clean, modular code.Good to Have : - Exposure to TypeScript for frontend/backend development.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).- Knowledge of caching (Redis, Memcached) and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Key Attributes :- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Ownership mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Compensation & Benefits : - Competitive salary package based on experience and skills.- Health insurance and other employee benefits.- Flexible work culture with hybrid/onsite options in Gurugram.- Learning & development opportunities with exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
