About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid, full-time role that requires a professional with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Large Language Models (LLM), AWS Glue, Natural Language Processing (NLP), cloud platforms, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and MLOps. We are looking for an immediate joiner who is passionate about leveraging data to drive business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Utilize LLM and NLP techniques to extract insights and enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Work with AWS Glue and other cloud-based tools to manage and transform data.
  • Implement and maintain MLOps practices to streamline model deployment and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and cloud computing.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Strong experience with AWS Glue and other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
  • Expertise in MLOps practices and tools.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
