Description : About the Role : We are looking for a skilled React Developer to join our engineering team.The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development experience, a passion for building scalable web applications, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities : - Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js and related frameworks.- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging.- Stay up to date with the latest front-end trends, tools, and best practices.Requirements : - 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with React.js.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.- Experience with React Hooks, Redux (or other state management libraries).- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.- Knowledge of build tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn.- Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.Good to Have : - Experience with TypeScript.- Exposure to Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR).- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.Perks & Benefits : - Competitive salary package.- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects.- Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.- Flexible work options (based on role requirements) (ref:hirist.tech)
