The Head of Digital Marketing in the IT Services sector is responsible for leading the company's digital marketing strategy. This role encompasses overseeing all digital campaigns, enhancing the company’s presence across digital channels, and driving business growth through effective marketing initiatives.


  • Responsibilities:


  • We seek a passionate and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our company objectives and target audience. 
  • Craft and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and audience engagement.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to a high-performing digital marketing team.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, search, display).
  • Develop compelling content strategies that resonate with our target audience and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance, gain insights, and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets across various platforms (paid search, display, social) to acquire qualified leads.
  • Champion SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Collaborate with web development and design teams to optimize the website for user experience, conversion, and SEO.
  • Maintain a strong and consistent brand presence across all digital channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies for differentiation.
  • Foster close collaboration across departments (sales, product, customer support) to ensure digital marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, track expenditures, and provide insightful reports to senior management.


  • Qualifications and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success in the technology or IT-managed services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on developing innovative digital marketing initiatives that drive measurable results.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, social media management, CMS).
  • Creative mindset with a passion for expertise in crafting engaging content and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present strategies, results, and recommendations to all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptable and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of the technology industry, IT managed services, and the current digital marketing landscape, including emerging trends and best practices.
