The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inAWS Lambda, DynamoDB, AWS IoT Core, and a strong understanding ofBLE (Bluetooth Low Energy)andMESH networking protocols. This role involvesdesigning, developing, and deploying scalable IoT solutionsusingPython (and occasionally Go)while ensuringhigh performance, reliability, and security.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop IoT applications primarily usingPython, with some components inGo (Golang). Integrate IoT systems withAWS servicessuch asLambda, DynamoDB, IoT Core, and API Gateway. ImplementBLEandMESH networking protocolsfor efficient device communication. Develop and optimizeserverless functions (AWS Lambda)for real-time IoT data ingestion and analytics. Design and maintainDynamoDB data modelsfor scalable IoT data management. UtilizeAWS IoT Corefor device provisioning, management, andMQTT-based messaging. Collaborate closely with product, hardware, and cloud engineering teams to deliver robust IoT solutions. Writeclean, modular, and testable codefollowing Python and Go best practices. Monitor and optimize the performance, latency, and stability of IoT systems. Ensure compliance withIoT and cloud security best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ yearsof backend development experience withPython. Hands-on experience in Go (Golang)for API or microservice development. Strong understanding ofIoT protocolssuch as MQTT, CoAP, BLE, and MESH. Proficiency inAWS cloud services— Lambda, DynamoDB, IoT Core, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch. Experience inreal-time data processing,event-drivenandserverless architectures. Good knowledge ofRESTful APIs,microservices, andasynchronous programming. Experience withDocker(Kubernetes experience is a plus). Familiarity withIoT and cloud securitybest practices. Excellentproblem-solving,debugging, andcommunication skills. Ability to work effectively in acollaborative, agile environment.
