Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in NodeJS.

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of overall experience, with a focus on NodeJS for at least 2 years & ReactJS for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to translate business requirements into high-quality software solutions. Design and implement server-side logic using NodeJS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. Develop and maintain front-end components using ReactJS, ensuring a responsive and seamless user experience. Experience with database systems such as MSSQL or PostgreSQL. Exposure to GraphQL & Kafka would be an additional advantage. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply best practices to enhance the overall development process. Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to meet the company's performance standards. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
