Job Overview

We are seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to join our growing team at ARG Fitness. This mid-level position requires a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The role is full-time on a contractual basis, with job locations across various cities including Nawada, Palamu, Dhanbad, Jehanabad, Gaya, Patna, and Pune. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their personal fitness goals through customized training programs and supportive guidance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must hold a valid NASM or ACE Certification to demonstrate proficiency in designing personalized fitness programs.
• A current CPR/AED Certification is required to ensure client safety and handle emergencies effectively.
• Proficient in client assessment techniques to accurately evaluate and tailor fitness plans per individual goals.
• Demonstrated knowledge in nutrition guidance to support clients with dietary insights complementing their exercise regimen.
• Experienced in utilizing program design software for crafting and tracking clients' progress efficiently.
• Possess experience in group training to motivate and manage group dynamics during exercise sessions.
• Adept at adapting to fitness trends to keep training sessions engaging and up-to-date with current practices.
• Skilled in social media marketing for promoting personal training services and engaging with a broader audience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized exercise programs tailored to the client's fitness goals and physical attributes.
• Conduct fitness assessments to establish starting points for new clients and track their progress over time.
• Provide expert nutritional advice to clients to support their overall health and complement their fitness activities.
• Lead and manage group fitness classes, ensuring all participants are engaged and properly executing exercises.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic workout environment, ensuring all equipment is used properly and maintained correctly.
• Stay informed of the latest fitness trends and implement new practices to keep workouts motivating and effective.
• Utilize social media platforms to market personal training services, engage with potential clients and build community relations.
• Record and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments in programs to align with goals and needs.
