▪ Should be MBA with at least 6-year experience on Data Insights

▪ Deliver independently on a variety of problems by leveraging experience in Data and Analytical Tools in Banking/NBFCs/Financial Services domain

▪ Ability to generate insights from large datasets and provide in-depth analysis. Exhibited experience in understanding macro data and reports published in public domain

▪ Expertise in delivering ad hoc insights requests from different internal and external stakeholders, ensure accuracy and on time delivery.

▪ Good stakeholder management/communication skills. Work with clients, technical teams and analytics teams to interpret data in a meaningful way and create actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients

▪ Stay connected to current industry trends, emerging technologies, new methodologies on a continuous basis. Mentor/ Guide team members on tools and processes

▪ Working knowledge of Tableau or any other data visualization tool is preferred. Working knowledge of big data querying tools is a plus

▪ Knowledge of Lending markets is preferred. Experience of working in a Bank or NBFC is a plus. Coding skills is a plus
