It supports various teams and functions across Delta and is an integral part of our transformation agenda, working seamlessly with a global team to create memorable experiences for customers.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES): Collaborate with all stakeholders, clearly articulate the problem statement, and employ various elicitation techniques to define clear, complete, accurate and traceable requirements. Anticipate future requirements and develop business cases for proposed system enhancements that will maximize the product value. Create and maintain artifacts like PRD, Use case diagrams, Process flow diagrams etc. that are critical for product delivery. Communicate with precision, engaging team and stakeholdersWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS): Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field 3-6 years of professional business analyst experience in the Airline, Travel and Hospitality or related domains. Deep understanding of e-commerce systems and associated Business processes like Payments, Refunds, Cancellations etc. Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, SoapUI and database browsers. Experience in Agile software development methodologies-Jira, Version1 for Backlog management. Hands on experience in Diagramming tools like- Microsoft Visio , Draw.io etc.WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS) Experience with B2B Sales and Support, Contracting and Incentive, and Web Portal applications.
