Functional Competencies

  • Description: The candidate should have a strong understanding of both frontend and backend web technologies (Node JS, React JS, Express.js). They should be proficient in working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra and have experience in Python, Django, Flask. Knowledge of rest APIs, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, JavaScript, Docker, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is also required.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Description: The candidate should demonstrate strong accountability and adaptability in their work. They should possess analytical thinking skills and pay close attention to detail. They should be able to manage change effectively and have strong communication and collaboration skills. The ability to manage communication and assertiveness is also important. A good understanding of business is also required.

Good to have skills

  • Description: The candidate should have special skills in website creation and should be able to integrate and create APIs. They should have experience in UAT testing and have a good understanding of UI/UX design.
