Summary and Overview of the Position

As a Vice President for Digital Media, you will have the opportunity to work across markets such as

US, UK, Singapore, and India and will be responsible for growing the Business, Clients, Team as well

as developing Digital Marketing strategy in line with Company's growth trajectory.

This is a strategic role that comes with the responsibility of spearheading the Digital Media

business for Company. You will be required, to lead and scale our digital marketing practice. This

role will focus on driving sales, new business acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative

digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business development,

client acquisition, and digital marketing leadership in a marketing agency environment. If you are a

self-starter, proactive, someone who looks to take initiative, and can thrive in a young,

entrepreneurial environment, this role will be most suited for you, as you develop and grow your

expertise multi geographically.

Primary responsibilities include and are not restricted to the following.

Sales & Business Growth:

 Develop and execute strategies to grow Company's digital marketing revenue across US,

UK, and India.

 Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities, including enterprise clients and mid-

sized businesses.

 Collaborate with leadership to define revenue goals and sales targets.

 Build strategic partnerships to expand the agency's digital offerings.

Digital Marketing Leadership:

 Drive innovation in digital marketing services, including SEO, paid media, content

marketing, social media, and marketing automation.

 Lead the development of data-driven marketing strategies that align with clients' business

goals.

 Oversee the digital marketing team, ensuring high performance, creativity, and ROI-focused

execution.

 Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital best practices.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

 Serve as the senior point of contact for key digital clients, providing strategic guidance and

ensuring client satisfaction.

 Work closely with internal teams to integrate digital with PR, content, and marketing

campaigns.

 Present insights, strategies, and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

We would like our ideal candidate to be someone who can demonstrate or possesses the

following:

 Master's or bachelor's degree in Marketing / Advertising.

 16-18 years of experience in digital marketing and business development within a

marketing agency.

 Proven track record in acquiring and growing new business, with strong sales and

negotiation skills.

 Deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO, social media, content marketing, and digital

transformation.

 Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience scaling digital teams.

 Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable marketing

strategies.

 Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
