We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to spearhead business growth initiatives and drive the expansion of our sales operations. Key Analyze market trends and identify new business areas to expand the companys services and product offerings.

- Develop and share innovative ideas and strategies to generate leads and increase sales pipelines.

- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and present insights and forecasts to senior management to aid in future business planning.

- Design and deliver training programs to equip the sales team with effective techniques and tools for enhanced performance.

- Manage and nurture relationships with important clients as an Account Manager, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

- Act as a liaison between development teams, operations, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and timely delivery of services.

- Travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to and utilize new software, CRM systems, and sales tools effectively.

- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in sales management or senior sales roles.

- Experience in leading sales teams successfully is an advantage.

- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
