We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to spearhead business growth initiatives and drive the expansion of our sales operations. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to act as a crucial link between development teams, operations, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Analyze market trends and identify new business areas to expand the companys services and product offerings.

- Develop and share innovative ideas and strategies to generate leads and increase sales pipelines.

- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and present insights and forecasts to senior management to aid in future business planning.

- Design and deliver training programs to equip the sales team with effective techniques and tools for enhanced performance.

- Manage and nurture relationships with important clients as an Account Manager, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

- Act as a liaison between development teams, operations, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and timely delivery of services.

- Travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities.
