Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform while ensuring compliance with the latest industry standards and company policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Work with outside data sources and APIs, integrating third-party libraries and services.

- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

- Guide and mentor junior developers, reviewing their code and providing feedback to ensure high-quality software development.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6-9 years of proven software development experience and Android app development.

- Strong knowledge of Core Java and Android SDK.

- Strong experience with Kotlin is essential; must have hands-on experience and deep understanding of Kotlin and its interplay with Android.

- Experience with the full life cycle of Android application development, including publishing applications to the Google Play store.

- Proven UI/UX design experience, with a keen eye for detail in crafting visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

- Solid understanding of OOP principles, multi-threading, and design patterns to create scalable and efficient applications.

- Familiarity with Android Jetpack components and architecture guidelines.

- Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.

- Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.

- Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

- Previous experience with JNI (Java Native Interface) is a plus but not mandatory.
