Functional Consultant – Industry Role Wealth Management

We are seeking a Functional Consultant with a strong interest in the Wealth Management domain who can work at the intersection of client engagement and project leadership . This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants to learn and apply agentic AI concepts to transform how wealth managers, banks, and fintechs serve their clients.
The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects with global BFSI clients (UK, Europe, India), support CXO-level business development , and build deep expertise in AI-powered wealth journeys
(such as onboarding, file-checking, advice reporting, wealth nudges).
Key Requirements
Background : Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Technology (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Domain : Strong experience between 8 to 12 years in Wealth Management / Financial Services (prior consulting experience with Big 4s, Accenture MBBs in BFSI a plus)
Skills:
o Analytical and structured thinking; ability to translate business problems into workflows
o Excellent communication and presentation skills
Mindset :
o Curiosity to learn agentic AI and apply it in real client contexts
o Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable engaging directly with clients
