Job Title : AWS Cloud EngineerLocation : [Bangalore]Job Type : [Full-Time, Onsite]Experience Required : 5-8 YearsJob Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join our growing cloud engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of proven experience in architecting, deploying, and managing applications on the AWS cloud platform. You will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native solutions using modern AWS services and automation practices.This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep expertise in AWS, automation, DevOps, and cloud security, along with strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS using services such as EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and more.- Build serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.- Design and implement event-driven architectures using SNS, SQS, Kinesis, and Step Functions.- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices using Python, Java, or Node.js.- Write efficient, testable, and reusable code following best practices.- Utilize AWS SDKs, AWS CLI, and scripting for cloud automation and workflows.- Manage and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to deploy containerized applications using Docker, Amazon ECS, and EKS (Kubernetes).- Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, logging, and compliance controls.- Monitor application performance and health using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.- Optimize cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.- Troubleshoot issues in production and staging environments, ensuring high availability and resilience.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 5-8 years of hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, etc.- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.- Solid understanding of networking concepts including VPCs, subnets, routing, VPN, security groups, NACLs, and DNS.- Experience with container orchestration platforms, including Amazon ECS, EKS, and Kubernetes.- Proficient in scripting using Python, Shell (Bash), or PowerShell.- Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools : CloudWatch, ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana.- Good understanding of DevOps principles, version control (Git), and modern SDLC practices.- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.- AWS Certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Developer) is highly preferred.Preferred Certifications :- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate / Professional- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional- AWS Certified Developer AssociateWhy Join Us ?- Work with modern technologies in a cloud-first environment.- Collaborative team culture that values innovation and continuous learning.- Opportunity to work on high-impact, scalable cloud solutions.- Competitive compensation and benefits.
