Responsibilities
Provide accurate timing estimates for assigned work.
Contribute to documentation, including instructional guides, technical specifications, and pitch materials.
Collaborate with the Technical Lead to align with company development standards.
Discuss technical solutions with clients and suggest innovative ideas to enhance solutions.
Stay informed about industry issues, trends, accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies. Share knowledge with the team and incorporate it into future projects.
Continuously develop skills by learning new technologies and keeping up with market developments.
Requirements, Skills, and Qualifications
Experience in web application development and building semantic, valid HTML5 and CSS3-driven websites using web standards.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript and at least one JavaScript framework.
Proficiency with CSS frameworks such as Twitter Bootstrap and styling/layout with CSS3. Familiarity with preprocessors like SASS or LESS is a plus.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Dreamweaver) and the ability to create wireframes.
Experience in Drupal 8/9 Theming using Twig, Pattern Lab, and knowledge of Site Studio.
Familiarity with creating Storybook components and using Webpack with Emulsify.
Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks and MVCs. Experience in theming responsive designs and preprocessors.
Knowledge of responsive design techniques including Media Queries, Flexbox, and CSS Grid.
Experience with user flows and designing UI elements.
Understanding of accessibility standards (W3C, AAA).
Familiarity with performance optimization tools like Lighthouse or WebPageTest.
Ability to analyze, critique, and justify design decisions effectively.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Aspiration to work with modern frameworks like React or Angular and Drupal backend solutions.
