Calc Developer

We’re looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented developer to join our Technology Solutions team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality pension calculation and automation solutions for client implementations and ongoing system operations. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring peers and driving technical excellence across the developer community.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain pension calculations using C#, VB.NET, VBA, and related technologiesTranslate client requirements into accurate, well-documented specifications and codePerform thorough unit testing and provide evidence of quality assuranceCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable solutionsLead technical discussions, support knowledge sharing, and mentor junior developersIdentify opportunities to optimize performance and improve development processesStay current with pensions legislation and industry trends to ensure complianceProficient in using advanced Excel features, including Macros and Add-ins, to develop and automate complex pension calculations.What You’ll BringExperience developing pension calculationsStrong programming skills in C#, VB.NET, VBA, SQL, and related toolsSolid understanding of UK(Preferable) / US pensions legislation and administration platformsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with Agile, Waterfall, or ITIL methodologies (preferred) Passion for quality, innovation,Experience & QualificationLooking at Graduate & Postgraduate with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in automation solutionBE/ Btech candidates are preferredPension Knowledge is a must
