Job Description :


We're seeking a talented UiPath Developer to join our growing team. In this full-time, night shift position (5 pm - 2 am), you'll play a key role in developing robust and efficient automation solutions with UiPath Studio. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities :

UiPath Expertise :

- Possess a deep understanding of the UiPath platform and its functionalities (UiPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification strongly preferred).

- Develop and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath product releases and roadmaps, and translate that knowledge into actionable strategies for clients and internal teams.

Client Engagement & Support :

- Partner with clients throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process to ensure successful UiPath adoption.

- Provide implementation support (remote and on-site as needed) to clients, guiding them through various project stages (Solution Architect, Business Analyst, RPA Developer).

- Offer technical advisory services to assist clients with specific "How-To" questions regarding UiPath implementation.

- Deliver training sessions (online and on-site) to equip clients with the knowledge and skills to leverage UiPath effectively.

Solution Development & Innovation :

- Analyze client needs and design optimal automation solutions using UiPath.

- Develop custom solutions to address client-specific requirements.

- Implement internal automation processes to streamline company operations.

- Identify innovative ways to expand the UiPath ecosystem and contribute to its growth.

Documentation & Best Practices :

- Document automation solutions clearly and concisely.

- Champion best practices in UiPath development and implementation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred).

- Minimum 3 years of experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python strongly preferred).

- Proven experience working with UiPath (mandatory).

- Experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and OpenSpan is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
