Job Title: Data Engineer – PL/SQL | Kronos | Integration | WIM | AWS GlueExperience: 3 – 8 YearsLocation: HyderabadEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a Data Engineer with strong expertise in PL/SQL, experience in Kronos (UKG Workforce Management), AWS Glue, and integration frameworks. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces and scalable data pipelines, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow between Kronos and enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex PL/SQL queries, packages, procedures, and functions for ETL and data transformation. - Design, develop, and manage Kronos WIM interfaces and integrations with internal and third-party applications. - Build and maintain ETL pipelines using AWS Glue for data extraction, transformation, and loading. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data issues, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, and performance. - Collaborate with business and functional teams to implement scalable integration solutions. - Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error handling between Kronos and downstream systems. - Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end workforce data solutions. - Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies. - Document technical specifications, interface mappings, and deployment procedures.Required Skills:- Strong PL/SQL development skills – writing complex queries, packages, procedures, triggers, and performance tuning. - Expertise in Kronos Workforce Central / UKG Pro WFM. - Hands-on experience with Kronos WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) – interface creation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Experience in AWS Glue for ETL pipeline development. - Knowledge of data integration/ETL tools (Boomi, Informatica, or similar). - Understanding of workforce data models, timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll integrations. - Familiarity with API-based or file-based integrations (SOAP/REST, CSV, XML, etc.). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Good to Have:- Experience with Boomi Integration Platform or other iPaaS tools. - Knowledge of Kronos Dimensions / UKG Ready. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Scripting experience (Python/Shell) for automation.Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
