This role requires hands-on experience with modern web technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and customise user interfaces on the ServiceNow platform, including Service Portals, UI Builder, Workspaces, Playbooks, and custom UI components. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable UI solutions. - Integrate UI elements with ServiceNow data models and workflows. - Leverage modern UI frameworks (Angular, ReactJS, etc.) to build responsive and interactive components. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript and related technologies. - Ensure UI/UX best practices are followed to deliver user-friendly experiences. - Support and maintain existing UI applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability. - Work closely with developers, architects, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.Requirements- 3+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in ServiceNow UI development. - Strong experience with Service Portals, UI Builder, Workspaces, Playbooks, and UI component development. - Hands-on expertise with JavaScript and front-end development. - Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React JS. - Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and custom application development. - Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. - Strong problem-solving skills with the flexibility to learn new technologies quickly. - Capable of working both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
