Backed by early believers and led by a repeat founder, were now scaling fast and were hiring a growth leader to take charge of community development and creator monetization.
About the Role
You will own the strategy and execution to grow Superstars AI and creator partner ecosystem.
You will:
- Acquire and activate creators who host fantasy contests
- Help them grow their community and succeed financially
- Build the broader Superstars AI fan community through content, contests, and engagement loops
- Design and optimize acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization strategies
Your job is to make creators successful, grow engaged user cohorts, and scale the brands reach through community-led Youll Own
1. Creator & Community Partnerships
- Identify and onboard creators (YouTubers, Telegram/WhatsApp group admins, micro-influencers)
- Help them grow their audiences and revenue through contests and incentives
- Create partner toolkits, dashboards, and playbooks for creator success
- Monitor creator performance and Marketing & Acquisition
- Own campaign calendars, landing pages, and social growth initiatives
- Track user acquisition across paid, organic, and community channels
- Optimize CAC, activation rates, and early retention Community Engagement & Retention
- Own DAU/MAU metrics and retention-focused features
- Design reactivation and churn recovery experiments
- Improve cohort LTV and creator-led engagement Growth Strategy & Execution
- Run experiments across incentives, messaging, and creator formats
- Collaborate with tech, product, and design for rapid execution
- Report on growth KPIs and shape monthly You Are
- 48 years experience in growth, creator partnerships, marketing, or monetization
- Background in fantasy sports, gaming, consumer-tech, or creator platforms
- Track record of owning metrics like CAC, LTV, DAU/MAU, and retention
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Bonus: Experience working directly with influencers, affiliates, or community leaders
