Excellent Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Leadership.Must-HaveITIL Foundation Certification; Experience in Handling Major Incident BridgesBasic Knowledge of IT LandscapeExcellent communication skillsProblem solving skillsOpen to 24/7 shiftGood-to-HaveKnowledge about all the ITSM processExperience in ServiceNow ToolResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role1 Handle incidents, Major Incidents and Problems on a regular basis2 Identifying and classifying incidents based on severity and impact on the business.3 Leading incident response teams and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders.4 Coordinating the response to incidents, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on services5 Working closely with technical teams to understand and resolve incidents6 Communicating effectively with stakeholders about incident status, impact, and resolution progress7 Documenting incidents and their resolutions to facilitate future improvements.8 Escalating incidents to higher levels of management or external vendors when necessary.9 Managing the life cycle of all incidents from identification to resolution10 Conducting post-incident reviews to identify root causes and develop recommendations for prevention11 Analyzing incident data to identify trends and areas for improvementThe role requires a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Incident Management processes, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
