If you’re passionate about US accounting practices, GAAP compliance, and eager to work in a fast-paced MSP environment, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing financial reports: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow. Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records. Support tax filings (federal, state, and local). Collaborate with senior accountants to streamline processes. Ensure compliance withUS GAAP and accounting standards. Provide support for ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects.Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–2 years of accounting experience (MSP/IT services industry preferred). Strong knowledge ofUS GAAP. Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel; QuickBooks/Xero experience is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal ability.
