Tile: Flink EngineerLocation: Greater Noida campusWe are seeking a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in Confluent Cloud Kafka and Apache Flink. The ideal candidate will design, build, and operate real-time streaming pipelines and analytics, write and optimize complex Flink SQL queries, and administer Confluent Cloud environments including topic management and schema governance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and optimize Apache Flink streaming jobs.Administer Confluent Cloud Kafka environments.Develop and maintain Java-based streaming components.Enforce security and compliance standards: TLS, RBAC/ACLs, schema governance, secrets management, and audit logging.Collaborate with data engineers, SREs, and product teams to define SLAs/SLOs and data contracts.Review designs and PRs, mentor engineers on streaming best practices, and contribute to standards and documentation.Required Qualifications7+ years building streaming/data-in-motion solutions; 3+ years focused on Kafka (Confluent Cloud strongly preferred).3+ years hands-on experience with Apache Flink (Flink SQL); expert in writing and tuning complex Flink queries.Strong troubleshooting skills with Kafka and Flink.Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to translate requirements into robust streaming designs.Nice to HaveExperience with Confluent Cloud Flink (managed), ksqlDB, and Kafka Streams.Cloud experience (Azure) and observability stacks (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana).
