Experience : 3-4 years

Key Skills : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, MySQL

Location : Kolkata (Salt Lake, Sector 5) Work from Office (5 days a week, 9-hour shifts)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- 3-4 years of professional experience in Java development.

- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Java 8+ features.

- Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.

- Proficiency with JPA/Hibernate and relational databases like MySQL, Oracle.

- Familiarity with Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience in unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, etc.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
