Senior SAP IBP Consultant Location:Remote, India Engagement Type:Full-Time Client Industry:Life SciencesOverview We are seeking aSenior SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultantto join our global delivery team supporting a leadingLife Sciences customer transitioning from SAP APO to SAP IBP . The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise across Demand, Supply, and Inventory Planning modules and proven experience leading IBP implementations and migrations.Responsibilities Lead end-to-endSAP IBP implementation and APO-to-IBP migrationactivities for a large life sciences client. Configure and enhance IBP modules includingDemand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP . Translate business requirements into functional design and align solutions withSAP best practices . Collaborate with onshore teams in the U.S. and customer stakeholders across multiple time zones. Managedata integrationand interfaces between ECC/S/4HANA and IBP (CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DS). Supportdata migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT) , and cutover readiness. Develop user training materials and support post go-live hypercare and enhancements. Provide subject matter expertise onsupply chain planning optimization and process improvementinitiatives.Required Skills & Experience 10+ yearsof experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning (APO / IBP). 5+ yearsof hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP). At leastone full-cycle migration from APO to IBP . Strong integration knowledge with SAP ECC or S/4HANA. Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate in aglobal delivery model (Onsite–Offshore) . Experience in life sciences or pharma industry preferred.Nice to Have Familiarity withAPO PP/DS or SNPmodules. SAP IBP certification . Hands-on experience withCPI-DSintegration andtemplate rollout projects .
