Senior Software Engineer MERN StackAbout AiSensy : AiSensy is a WhatsApp-based Marketing & Engagement platform enabling businesses like Adani, Delhi Transport Corporation, Yakult, Godrej, Aditya Birla Hindalco, Wipro, Asian Paints, India Today Group, Skullcandy, Vivo, Physicswallah, and Cosco to grow revenues through WhatsApp.- Powering 100,000+ businesses with WhatsApp Marketing & Engagement- Facilitating 400 Crores+ WhatsApp messages exchanged annually between businesses & users- Trusted by top brands including Delhi Transport Corporation, Vivo, Physicswallah & more- Driving 2580% revenue growth for businesses using the AiSensy platform- A mission-driven, growth-stage startup backed by Marsshot.vc, Bluelotus.vc & 50+ angel investorsKey Responsibilities : - Build and scale architecture to handle millions of messages daily.- Lead and guide a team of engineers in day-to-day development activities.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver new features.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and standardization.- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and system issues.- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning & improvement.- Contribute to architectural discussions and long-term technical direction.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into development processes.- Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of applications.- Work closely with DevOps to streamline deployment & monitoring.Qualifications : - Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).- 5+ years overall experience with at least 3+ years as a Software Engineer, delivering production-grade software.- Strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks.- Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Hands-on experience with RESTful API design & development.- Expertise in database design & management (especially MongoDB).- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).- Proficient in Git and version control workflows.- Exposure to Docker & Kubernetes for containerization & orchestration.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
