Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a FMCG Buyer at Shubham K-Mart Pvt Ltd in Vadodara. The FMCG Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing fast-moving consumer goods to ensure adequate stock levels and competitive pricing. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing purchase strategies to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research
- Experience in supply chain management or procurement
- Knowledge of FMCG industry trends and vendors
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Experience with inventory management software is a plus
