Description :About the jobKey Responsibilities :- Develop, configure, and customize Veeva Vault applications to meet business requirements.- Perform Vault configuration, workflow setup, lifecycle management, and user role management.- Design and implement Veeva CRM customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Veeva APIs.- Work on integrations between Vault, Veeva CRM, and external systems (via REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, or middleware).- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and QA teams to ensure solution quality.- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and release management activities.- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.Required Skills & Experience :- 5+ years of experience in Veeva Vault (QualityDocs, PromoMats, RIM, Clinical, etc.) configuration and development.- Strong understanding of Veeva CRM and Salesforce platform (Apex, SOQL, Lightning).- Experience with Veeva APIs and Vault Loader for data migration and integration.- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP web services and integration middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica).- Proficient in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and GxP/CSV compliance in Life Sciences environments.- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Veeva Certified (Vault Admin / CRM Technical / Integration Specialist).- Experience working with Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech clients.- Knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) and Regulatory workflows (ref:hirist.tech)
