About the Role : We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for crafting visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience across web and mobile platforms. Your designs will directly impact our products success and user Responsibilities : - Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and attractive UI designs.- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.- Create visually appealing user interfaces adhering to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.- Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve UI elements.- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to streamline the design process and maintain consistency.- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs.- Stay updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, and incorporate them where appropriate.- Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes to provide a seamless user experience.- Participate in usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and enhance UI designs.- Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.- 2+ years of professional experience as a UI Designer or similar role.- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.- Strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and UI projects.- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, to better collaborate with developers.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished and intuitive user interfaces (ref:hirist.tech)
