We build compelling, human centered brands through sharp strategy, emotive storytelling, and elevated aesthetic design.The RoleWe are seeking a strategic, proactive, energetic, service-oriented and client-focused Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role requires excellent strategic clarity, communication and organisational skills to manage day-to-day client relationships, enhance client account health, upsell opportunities for client brand and ensure smooth project execution for clients and consultancy across multiple regions and clients.Key Responsibilities1.Account Management & Client Partnerships- Act as the trusted partner and primary point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional on-time service delivery. - Drive all client communications with brief understanding, brief translation to internal team, clarity, proactiveness, and professionalism, keeping stakeholders aligned at every stage. - Drive accountability by ensuring deliverables are shared on time, feedback is consolidated effectively, and revisions are seamlessly executed. - Facilitate and lead client meetings and internal reviews with clear agendas, ensuring productive outcomes.2.Project & Execution Leadership- Own and oversee projects end-to-end, from briefing to delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and if of the highest standard. - Translate the founder’s and client’s brand vision into actionable plans, ensuring flawless execution with attention to detail. - Bring in your contribution of category, industry, sector understanding via research and being updated of trends in the digital and social mediascape. - Lead and contribute actively in ideation and concept development across prospect client pitches, campaigns and projects. - Be present and represent the consultancy during key moments such as client meetings, client visits, shoots, and other such events. - Manage vendor partnerships leading outreach, briefings, evaluations, and coordination to ensure top quality collaborations. - Identify, collaborate, build relationships with and manage creators as needed for the consultancy to execute brand briefs.3.Strategy, Content & Campaign Development- Partner with clients’ brand, digital and internal teams to co-create digital and social strategies that meet brand and business objectives. - Lead and contribute to ideation, pitching, and strategic planning across campaigns and content initiatives. - Guide the creative process, ensuring outputs across posts, campaigns, decks, and presentations are both strategic and impactful. - Support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels in collaboration with specialists. - Develop and oversee content planning and writing to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with each brand’s voice and objectives. - Stay ahead of the curve by conducting research, competitive benchmarking, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.4.Quality & Excellence in Delivery- Champion a culture of quality control, reviewing all creative and content outputs for accuracy, tone, and alignment with brand standards. - Develop and deliver compelling presentations, strategy decks, and reports that inspire clients and reinforce consultancy excellence. - Ensure all outputs meet not just industry benchmarks but exceed client expectations with creativity, clarity, and polish.Qualifications- Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager in brand, advertising, marketing, or creative consultancy.
