Business Manager- Digital SME Lending
- A target oriented role working with the business and product teams in business development, identifying and forging Partnerships and Alliances for scaling up the SME lending product/SME loan book.
Activities and Tasks
- Lead the new SME lending business and product initiative to cater to SME segment of customers
- Actively work with the various teams for developing the SME lending product based on product - market fit/market research and feedback
- Curate SME product for forging strategic partnerships and alliances and work alongside product team for integration - scale the partnerships over a period of time
- Liaison with internal marketing/sales team in driving customer outreach programs/lead gen efforts and Soft skills (communication/collaboration) for engaging and managing business partnerships
- Understanding customer behaviour for curating and developing SME focussed digital lending products
Experience and Qualification
- Experience of 5-8 years in the role of new business development and partnership/alliances
- SME lending focussed experience preferred
