Description :Mandatory Skills : ETL Data stage, Shell Script,Python, SQL DBJob Description :The Project requirement is the individual should have good understanding of IBM ETL Datastage in terms of Support & Maintenance, Development and preferably administration. Value-Additions through utilities/Automations which aligns with GISC-INs direction. Technology greenlighting is a constant focus of the customer and hence technology upgrades & Refinements is a common phenomenon. Cross-skilling/skill upgrade is a culture thats followed in the project. The candidate should be technically strong and should be willing to work on multiple integration technologies. Exposure to multiple integration technologies is an added benefit to the team.Roles & Responsibilities :- Analyse data requirements and develop data pipelines to support reporting and analytics in ETL Datastage.- Should have good knowledge on Unix/Linux Shell Scripting- Should have experience in fine-tuning process and troubleshooting performance issue.- Experience in source code control systems like git, GitHub etc.- Experience in deployment and operationalizing the code, knowledge of scheduling tools like Control-M etc. is preferred.- Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible etc.- Ensuring that day-to-day deliverables of the team are met for IBM ETL Datastage. Day to day deliverables include Development & Enhancements, Access provision & revoke, code migrations, code refactor, Job compilations, Job unlock,clear support issues,Testing support etc- Must be willing to Support other integration technologies that the team handles.KT for other integration technologies will be provided.- Flexibility to work in different shifts within IST hours(No night shift) & Weekend/Holiday support on rotation basis.
