We are seeking a skilled Senior Design Engineer(Bengaluru) with expertise in cold rooms, clean rooms, and sandwich panels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing efficient, functional, and compliant systems, as well as preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for all projects.


Key Responsibilities:


Design Development: Create detailed design specifications and layouts for cold rooms, clean rooms, and sandwich panel systems.

Technical Analysis: Conduct thermal, structural, and airflow analysis to ensure optimal performance and compliance with relevant standards.

BOQ/BOM Preparation: Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for all projects, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and installation, to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

Quality Assurance: Ensure designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements related to hygiene, safety, and efficiency.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to propose innovative design solutions.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

years of experience in design engineering, preferably in cold rooms, clean rooms, or sandwich panels.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other design tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
