Key Responsibilities :

- Intune Deployment & Configuration : Deploy and configure MS Intune tenant according to customer requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and standards.

- Mobile Device Management : Configure and manage mobile device policies, restrictions, enrollments, profiles, and compliance settings within MS Intune.

- Application Management : Implement and manage mobile application management solutions, including deployment, configuration, and monitoring of applications through Intune.

- Windows 10 Management : Oversee Intune management for Windows 10 devices, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.

- Device Enrollment : Facilitate Windows device enrollment processes, ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding of devices into Intune.

- Company Portal Deployment : Deploy and publish the company portal for mobile applications, providing a user-friendly interface for application access and management.

- Application Protection : Configure and enforce application protection policies to safeguard organizational data and ensure compliance with security standards.

- Azure AD / Hybrid AD Integration : Configure and manage Azure AD and Hybrid AD-joined devices with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies enabled.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 7 to 11 years of experience in MS Intune deployment, configuration, and management.

- Intune Expertise : Proven ability to deploy and configure MS Intune tenants and manage mobile device and application management solutions.

- Device Management : Extensive experience with Intune management of Windows 10 devices, including enrollment and configuration.

- Application Deployment : Ability to deploy and publish company portals for mobile applications and configure application protection policies.

- Azure AD / Hybrid AD : Experience in configuring Azure AD and Hybrid AD-joined devices with MFA and Conditional Access.

- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

- Communication : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.

- Adaptability : Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications related to Microsoft Intune or Azure AD.

- Experience with additional mobile device management (MDM) or endpoint management tools.

- Familiarity with cloud-based security and compliance practices
