Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Tech Lead to oversee the development and implementation of web applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in both front-end and back-end development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Tech Lead will play a crucial role in guiding the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust web applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Python and associated frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).

- Implement front-end solutions using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the development team, promoting best practices in software development.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our tech stack current and efficient.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Drive continuous improvement in the development process and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the organization.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Full Stack Development, including new technologies, regulations, and best practices, and incorporate them into business analysis and solutions.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on Python and web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).

- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Strong understanding of database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- At least 10 years of experience in software development, with a track record of successful project delivery.

- Experience in team leadership, project coordination, or a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster or relevant technical certifications are a plus.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.

- Understanding of security best practices in web application development.

- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies are a plus.
