Job Description :


- Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis to come up with required Configuration and Development items

- Configuration of SAP system to support business requirements using Web UI Configuration tool set

- Develop custom applications enhance standard CRM components by leveraging CRM Web UI frame work concept and SAP CRM related tools such as Application Enhancement tool and Component development workbench

- Develop and utilize test plans and tools to ensure programs are thoroughly tested before they are installed

- By understanding the overall flow of the business supported, is responsible for specific application areas and applies that knowledge to assigned projects

- Provide support to troubleshoot production support issues that arise from both technical and functional issues

- Creates technical specifications for ABAP development

- Supports all phases of projects and assignments, in whole or in part, with problem solving abilities, analytical skills and strategic knowledge to create impact on organization

- Relates to management and employees as a "thought leader" with a strong client satisfaction orientation

- Leads or participates in project teams to meet objectives

- Implementation and operation of SAP CX systems in Sales, Services, Marketing and Commerce as well as the integration

- Participation in the analysis, optimization and design of existing and new business processes, systems and applications in cooperation with the relevant departments

- Requirement analysis of IT commerce business applications

- Consulting and administration of cloud-based and data center-based CRM systems

- Responsibility for the 1st level support process and for the planning and implementation of user training for users in the implemented software landscape

- Collaboration in future-oriented Digitalization projects

Qualifications for SAP CRM :

- Led SAP CRM NetWeaver upgrade previously

- 5+ years of functional SAP project management experience in SAP CRM/ECC modules

- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science/ business informatics or a comparable qualification

- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the support or consulting area desirable

- Experience in consulting and operation of SAP CRM systems and related modules

- Knowledge of API (e.g. REST; SOAP)

- Good understanding of IT relevant processes

- Must have good understanding of business processes, particularly financial shared services

- Must have excellent customer facing and soft skills, solution oriented, looking for win-win opportunities

- Must have experience in managing multiple initiatives
