Job Description:

  • The Flexnet Operations Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and systems related to Honeywell's Flexnet platform. This role may involve collaboration across various teams to implement and support operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain applications within the Flexnet platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Flexnet systems and applications.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Document development processes, technical specifications, and system architecture.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technology advancements relevant to Flexnet.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development, specifically with operations and applications within the Flexnet environment.
  • Strong programming skills in languages used within Flexnet, such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and the ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for software development and deployment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
