About the Role :


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our clients.


The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud and possess up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the :

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
  • Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Oracle HCM Cloud best practices, industry trends, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend HCM solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system integrity.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Oracle HCM configurations and customizations.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle HCM solutions through rigorous testing.
  • Conduct user training sessions to empower clients with the knowledge to use Oracle HCM Cloud effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client inquiries and issues.
  • Stay abreast of the latest updates, features, and enhancements in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Continuously update skills and knowledge through training and certifications.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant, with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud integration methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation, Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud).

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Knowledge of emerging trends such as AI, machine learning, and analytics in HCM.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud REST APIs.
