Job Title : Tech Lead -.Net

Job Location : Pune

Skills required :

- Experience in .NET Core, ASP. Net Web Applications, Web API, REST API, C#, Azure, SQL Server, Entity Framework.

- A team player with a strong passion for development

- Solid software development background including design patterns, strong problem-solving skills, data structures, test driven development is a plus

- Excellent understanding of design patterns & Object Oriented Programming.

- Need to have knowledge of git (source control) and agile /scrum process and estimation methodology.

- Self-driven, end-to-end ownership, focus on operational excellence.

- Experience with scalable systems

- Very good at identifying and troubleshooting production issues.

- Good communication skills

Role & Responsibility :

- Identifying, assessing and implementing next-gen product solutions;

- liaising with business partners to unearth needs and requirements

- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, and within scope.

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Define the Development framework, guide the team in coding as per the design

- Manage the work allocation to the teams

- Analyse requirements for feasibility with regards to implementation and work closely with the solution architect/technical architect on the framework, technology stack

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Mentor team members in project teams concerning product and domain skills on projects.
