Description : Job Description API Testing & AI Testing Engineer (8 Years) PunePosition : Senior QA Engineer API & AI TestingExperience : 8+ YearsLocation : PuneRole Overview : We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in API Testing, Automation, and exposure to AI/ML model testing. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases for APIs, microservices, and AI-driven applications. The role requires hands-on experience with Postman, REST Assured, Python/Selenium, and MLOps testing workflows.Key Responsibilities : API Testing : - Design and execute test cases for REST/SOAP APIs.- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing of APIs.- Develop API automation scripts using Postman (Newman), REST Assured, Python, or Java.- Validate request/response payloads, schemas, headers, and status codes.- Work closely with backend teams to debug API failures.AI / ML Testing : - Validate AI/ML model outputs, accuracy, and performance metrics.- Conduct data quality testing, bias testing, drift testing, and model explainability checks.- Work with model pipelines, inference endpoints, and MLOps frameworks.- Test AI features such as NLP, computer vision, classification, and prediction workflows.- Ensure AI fairness, reliability, and reproducibility of results.Automation Testing : - Build and maintain automation frameworks for API & functional testing.- Experience with tools like Selenium, PyTest, TestNG, or Robot Framework.- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).General QA Activities : - Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.- Perform root cause analysis and report defects.- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data scientists.- Ensure high-quality releases through rigorous testing practices.
