Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Associate - Accounts to manage key financial functions, ensure compliance, and provide valuable insights to support the organization's growth.

Responsibilities:

·      Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards.

·      Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.

·      Collaborate on budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance and recommending cost optimizations.

·      Supervise accounts payable and receivable, including vendor management and collections.

·      Ensure tax compliance and assist in preparing tax returns.

·      Support internal and external audits, addressing queries and implementing improvements.

·      Continuously review processes for improvement and efficiency.

·      Use accounting software and ERP systems to manage financial data effectively.

·      Stay updated on accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.

·      Communicate financial insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA Inter is a plus.

·      Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.

·      Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally).

·      Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

·      Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
