Description : Job Title : Salesforce Developer.Experience : Minimum 3 Years.Location : Pune (WFO).Employment Type : Full Time.We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and experience with modern development tools such as SFDX and Salesforce CLI.Youll work on building scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.- Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-tested code using SFDX and Salesforce CLI.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Develop, test, and deploy custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and triggers.- Ensure compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices.- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST APIs, OAuth2, and client credential flows.- Write reusable and optimized JavaScript code for dynamic front-end behavior.- Create and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).- Strong knowledge of SFDX, Salesforce CLI, and unit testing frameworks.- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and front-end development on the Salesforce platform.- Familiarity with Governor Limits, bulkification techniques, and performance optimization.- Experience in RESTful API integrations, OAuth2 authentication, and client credential workflows.- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.Nice to Have : - Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.- Experience in Salesforce AppExchange applications.
