Education Qualification for Assistant Prof./ Associate Prof./ Professor : Ph.D. with first class in appropriate branch with excellent academic record throughout and outstanding research output.

Experience:-

  • Assistant Professor: Minimum 2 year of post Ph.D. Teaching and Research/Industrial Experience is desired. However, for Ph.D. from premier institutions (IITs/IIMs/CFTIs) experience requirement may be waived off subjected to applicant’s capability.

  • Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years of post-Ph.D. Teaching and Research/Industrial Experience. However, for Ph.D. from premier institutions (IITs/IIMs/CFTIs) experience requirement may be waived off subjected to applicant’s capability.

  • Professor: Minimum 10 years of post-Ph.D. Teaching and Research/Industrial Experience. However, for Ph.D. from premier institutions (IITs/IIMs/CFTIs) experience requirement may be waived off subjected to applicant’s capability.

  • Other requirements: Applicants should have demonstrated leadership in research in his/her areas of specialization in terms of supervision of Ph.D.

Job description:-

  • Taking classes as and when assigned and other allied activities, revaluation and examination.
  • Coordinating National/International conferences/ seminars/MDP/FDP/Workshop etc.
  • Conducting research activities and publications in the International and National journals.
  • Assisting with various departmental duties and providing Academic support to the Institution.
  • Developing and delivering course material and syllabus.
  • Participating in faculty and Departmental meetings.
  • Preparing curriculum, lesson plans, and assignment topics.
  • Developing course content and gathering reference materials.
  • Conducting research and publishing it in academic journals.
  • Networking with other professionals at workshops and other literary events.
  • Encouraging a learning environment in the class.
  • Assigning different assignment/project topics to students.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
