Associate - HR Operations

Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize employee records, contracts, and other HR documents
- Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage related expenses for employees
- Handle employee expense claims and reimbursement processes
- Prepare and analyze HR-related reports and data
- Manage and update the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Handle the Attendance management system
- Provide technical support for HR-related software and systems
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and PT regulations
- Provide operational support during the onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll processing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of labour laws and compliance regulations is a plus
