Roles and Responsibilities:

- Data Sourcing and Management: Find and manage contact data of decision-makers using tools like Google Search, LinkedIn, Snov, Apollo, Lusha, and Email Finder.

- Sales Meetings: Set up meetings with decision-makers to understand their requirements, budget, and urgency.

- Sales Proposals: Create effective proposals covering client needs and pricing, with approvals from senior management.

- Sales Conversion: Convert sourced contacts into contracts to generate revenue for the company.

Managerial Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.

- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
